OUR ANSWERS
Where are you based / do you travel?
We are currently based out of St. Catharines, Ontario. Since the birth of our son we are choosing to stay closer to home and are currently serving Niagara, Hamilton and Halton regions. Sorry Toronto, but we're over you. 😅
How much $ do you require upfront?
We try to keep it simple and straightforward. We require a 15% non-refundable retainer to secure your day with us. The remaining balance is due by one week after your wedding day.
When will we see our photos?
We always send a handful of “preview” images within forty-eight hours of your wedding day. The final gallery will be sent no later than eight weeks after your wedding day at the maximum. Often much earlier than that depending on the time of year. None of that six months to a year nonsense.
Do you offer prints and albums?
Absolutely. You’ll be able purchase prints and albums right from your gallery. And of course we’re here to help guide you through the design process.
Do you separate on the WEDDING day?
No. We work best as a team so we stick together all day. We use our proven timeline formula that allows us to capture everything we need to tell your story.
